PAYG is flexible and billed by the hour, but it’s subject to availability — I’ll fit you in around my retainer clients. A retainer guarantees that your hours are reserved in my calendar each month at a discounted rate.

Yes — retainers start from 5 hours per month and are billed in advance. This ensures I can set aside the right amount of time just for you.

Retainers require a 3-month minimum commitment to ensure consistency and make the best use of our time together. After that, you can continue month-to-month or pause if needed.

Unused retainer hours don’t roll over to the next month, so I encourage you to use your time fully. I’ll always remind you if you’re under-using your hours and suggest ways to get the most out of them.

I keep detailed time logs and will share updates with you so you can see exactly where your hours are going. You’ll always know how your time is being spent.
